Dr. Esraa Amin

Dr. Esraa Amin is a consultant in nutrition and obesity treatment and an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Cairo University. She holds a PhD and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Cairo University, along with an American Diploma in Therapeutic Nutrition, and is a member of the Egyptian and European associations for nutrition and obesity (EMASO & EASHTN). She designs personalised weight-management and body-contouring programmes built on precise body-composition analysis with an InBody device, measuring fat, muscle, and water percentages as well as basal metabolic rate. She also uses advanced lipolysis and skin-tightening technologies to deliver safe, evidence-based results that patients can see from the first session.

Dr. Esraa Amin is part of Anees Nutrition & Obesity team, supporting specialized home healthcare across Cairo and covered areas. Each case is matched with the most suitable team member based on clinical need.
