Every home visit is arranged within 24 hours of booking, and most visits take place within a few hours. The exact time depends on your address, the service and clinician availability, and the care team confirms it with you.
What healthcare services can I arrange at home?
Anees coordinates doctor home visits, nursing, physiotherapy, lab sample collection, elderly care and post-operative care. The team confirms which services are suitable and available for your needs and location before booking.
Can I request a specific doctor when booking?
No. You book a care service, not a named doctor. Anees assigns the most suitable clinician based on your care needs, location and team availability. Doctor profiles show our team's expertise; they do not offer individual bookings.
How do I pay, and can I use insurance?
Online booking payments are processed through Kashier using the payment methods shown at checkout. Confirm the price and services included before payment. If you have insurance, share your plan details with the care team to check coverage before booking.

Do you offer one-off visits or ongoing care packages?
Both. You can request a single home visit or subscribe to ongoing care packages designed for elderly, post-operative, and chronic-disease patients.
Can a single coordinator manage all of a patient’s services?
Yes. Anees acts as the patient’s healthcare hub: one coordinator schedules the doctor, nurse, physiotherapy, labs, and medication delivery — and keeps the family informed.
How quickly can a home visit be scheduled?
Every home visit is arranged within 24 hours of booking, and most visits take place within a few hours, subject to clinician availability in your area.

How do I pay for a home visit?
You can pay online while booking through Kashier using the payment methods available at checkout. Receipts are issued for every visit.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from your booking confirmation or by contacting the Anees coordinator. Cancellation terms are listed in our Terms and Conditions.
Is my medical information kept private?
Yes. Anees follows strict patient confidentiality. Clinical information is only shared with the clinicians directly involved in your care.
