About Anees Health
What is Anees Health?
Anees Health is an Egyptian home healthcare platform. We send licensed doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists to the patient at home, and we coordinate home lab tests, imaging, and chronic-disease follow-up — so patients (especially seniors and post-operative patients) are cared for without leaving their bed.
Which areas does Anees Health cover?
Anees currently operates across Greater Cairo and the surrounding governorates. You can confirm coverage for any specific address on our Coverage page before booking.
How do I request a home visit?
Pick the service you need (doctor visit, nursing, physiotherapy, lab tests), choose a date and time, share the patient address, and complete the booking. Our coordinator confirms the visit within minutes and assigns the right clinician.
Are all clinicians licensed?
Yes. Every doctor, nurse, and physiotherapist on Anees is licensed by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate or the equivalent professional body, and goes through Anees credentialing before they ever visit a patient.
Is the price fixed before the visit?
Yes. The price of every home service is shown before you confirm the booking. There are no surprise fees at the door.
Home healthcare services
Which home healthcare services does Anees provide?
Doctor home visits, skilled home nursing, home physiotherapy, lab tests at home, home radiology and scans, post-operative care, palliative care, medication management, and remote monitoring for chronic diseases.
Do you offer one-off visits or ongoing care packages?
Both. You can request a single home visit or subscribe to ongoing care packages designed for elderly, post-operative, and chronic-disease patients.
Can a single coordinator manage all of a patient’s services?
Yes. Anees acts as the patient’s healthcare hub: one coordinator schedules the doctor, nurse, physiotherapy, labs, and medication delivery — and keeps the family informed.
How quickly can a home visit be scheduled?
Most routine home visits are scheduled the same day. Urgent visits can typically be dispatched within hours, subject to clinician availability in your area.
Booking & payment
How do I pay for a home visit?
You can pay online while booking through our secure Kashier payment gateway, or pay via Instapay. Receipts are issued for every visit.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from your booking confirmation or by contacting the Anees coordinator. Cancellation terms are listed in our Terms and Conditions.
Is my medical information kept private?
Yes. Anees follows strict patient confidentiality. Clinical information is only shared with the clinicians directly involved in your care.
Coverage areas
Which Egyptian areas does Anees cover for home visits?
Anees primarily covers Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, and surrounding areas). Coverage is continuously expanding — use the address checker on this page to verify your specific location.
What happens if my address is just outside the covered area?
Contact our coordinator. We can often arrange a visit in adjacent areas for a small travel surcharge, or place you on a waitlist as we expand.
