- Choose the service — a doctor home visit (and the specialty if you know it).
- Pick a date and time that suit you.
- Enter the patient’s address in Greater Cairo and a contact number.
- Confirm — pay online via Kashier or pay the doctor on arrival.
- An Anees coordinator confirms within minutes and assigns the right doctor.
What to have ready
Having these on hand makes the visit faster and safer:
- The patient’s age and main complaint or symptoms
- A list of current medications
- Any recent test results or medical reports
- The exact address with a nearby landmark
How fast can the doctor arrive?
Most routine home visits are scheduled the same day, and urgent visits can usually be dispatched within hours, subject to doctor availability in your area. You choose your preferred time at booking.
What happens during the visit
The doctor confirms the patient’s identity, takes a history, examines the patient, and explains the diagnosis. They can prescribe medication, order home lab tests, and advise on next steps — and everything is recorded in the patient’s medical file.
